Who can apply?

To be eligible for our seasonal clerkship program, you must:

• be a penultimate or final year student 
• be studying a relevant law degree 
• have full working rights through Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency

To be eligible for our graduate program, you must:

• be a final year student or recent graduate (within the past 12 months)
• be studying or completed a relevant law degree 
• have full working rights through Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency

Please note we are unable to consider candidates who have been admitted prior to commencing with us as a graduate.
